A light outdoor warm-up starts the day, followed by a CrossFit session focused on strength and coordination.

What kind of visa do I need to join the camp?
You may need a visa depending on your nationality. Please check the entry rules for country before booking, or contact us if you need help with the basic travel information.
Can I come with children?
ReFit Camp is designed for adults only, so participation with children is not available. This format helps us keep the training schedule, safety standards, and community atmosphere focused on the camp experience.
What should I bring with me?
We recommend bringing comfortable sportswear, running shoes, swimwear, a water bottle, sunscreen, personal toiletries, and any medication you may need. A detailed packing list can be sent to you after registration.
How intense are the workouts?
The training is designed for active adults with different fitness levels. Sessions are challenging but adjustable, and our coaches make sure everyone can participate safely and at their own pace.
Do I need to be a professional athlete?
No. ReFit Camp is open to people who enjoy movement, want to stay active, and are ready to challenge themselves in a supportive environment.
What is a typical day at the camp like?
A typical day may include a morning workout, free time, shared meals, recovery, and an evening activity or training session. The exact schedule depends on the location and program.
Will there be time for rest and recovery?
Yes. Recovery is an important part of the ReFit experience, so the schedule includes time to rest, recharge, and enjoy the destination without feeling rushed.
How do I get to the camp location?
After registration, we will share the exact address, arrival recommendations, and any transfer options if they are available for your program.
Can I join if I am traveling alone?
Absolutely. Many participants come alone, and ReFit Camp is a great place to meet new people, train together, and feel part of a community from day one.
